REFUNDS & RETURNS
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
- If defective or damaged, we ask you please send a picture of the defect.
- Sale items aren’t eligible for return.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
HOW TO EXECUTE A RETURN
To Return Your Order:

- Please have your order number and your topic of discussion ready.
Your returned item must arrive at our shipping facility no later than 15 days after your delivery date. Please note, return label must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your return label to ensure that it arrives at our shipping facility within the desired time.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Only unworn items are eligible for exchange within 10 days of purchase. We offer no exchanges on sales items.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
